Job Overview:The Programmatic Data Analyst role plays a pivotal part in the programmatic ecosystem, overseeing technical and operational performance of our stack. This role involves managing SSP/DSP connections, resolving issues, and optimizing delivery and revenue. A strong analytical mindset and deep technical understanding are required to excel in this hands-on position.Data Analyst Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets to track eCPM, fill rate, and delivery trends.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, providing actionable insights for improving yield, delivery, and eCPM performance.Investigate demand behavior, performance trends, and inventory value, offering data-driven recommendations for business growth.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and efficiency.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience in Ad Operations or Programmatic Tech Support.Extensive knowledge of SSP/DSP architecture, RTB, and bidstream analysis, with expertise in IVT/fraud tools (HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS, MOAT).Proficiency in Looker, Data Studio, Excel, and ability to work effectively with large datasets.Fluent English communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach in fast-paced environments.Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of OpenRTB, Prebid.js, Prebid Server, or hybrid ad-tech architectures.Experience working directly with SSPs and DSPs for integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
