Solutions Architect – Data Pipeline SpecialistAt the core of our Mobility DataOps ecosystem lies a complex network of data flows, tools, and processes. As a Solutions Architect – Data Pipeline Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the technical architecture of our projects.Your expertise will be essential in ensuring every workflow is aligned for day-one success, translating client requirements into detailed workflows, schemas, annotation guidelines, and tool configurations.Main Responsibilities:Translate Client Requirements: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop scalable workflows that power high-quality operations.Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Training Managers, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure project setup aligns with human performance realities, throughput expectations, and scalable training models.Validate Tools and Data Pipelines: Validate tools, data pipelines, and configuration logic pre-launch to eliminate blockers and ensure operational readiness.Create Comprehensive Documentation: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, workflow maps, SOPs, and technical enablement materials to support team members and stakeholders.Monitor Workflow Performance: Continuously monitor workflow performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements to optimize quality, efficiency, and scalability.Required Skills and Qualifications:Data Operations Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Solutions Architecture, Technical Program Management, or similar technical/operational roles.Technical Expertise: Strong ability to translate technical requirements into structured, scalable operational workflows.Collaboration and Communication: Excellent documentation, workflow design, and system-mapping skills, as well as proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate blockers and define preventive solutions.Benefits:Opportunity for Growth: Contribute to shaping the Mobility DataOps ecosystem into a more streamlined, predictable, and scalable system.Professional Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in data operations and solutions architecture.About This Role:You will be responsible for designing the system before the work begins, ensuring clarity where ambiguity exists, and architecting the workflows that power high-quality operations.This role requires a deep understanding of data operations, solutions architecture, and technical program management, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.
