Job Description:
The Artem by Mriganka Punn is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure seamless communication between clients and our creative and event teams. As a key representative of our luxury resin art and event planning brand, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer-first attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring prompt, professional communication.
- Understand clients’ needs for resin art, hampers, gifting, or event planning, and provide them with tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Order Management & Coordination:
- Oversee the client order process, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring all order details are accurately captured and communicated to production and logistics teams.
- Track and manage timelines for product deliveries and event planning milestones, keeping clients updated on progress.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders, bulk hampers, and gifting requirements are fulfilled to the highest standards.
Sales Support:
- Assist with up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting additional services and products to enhance client orders.
- Coordinate with sales teams to prepare quotes and proposals for bulk orders, hampers, and event planning services.
- Maintain an accurate record of client interactions, feedback, and any special requests.
Issue Resolution:
- Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience for the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and rectify any delays or issues with production or event execution.
Event Support:
- Coordinate with event teams on logistical planning, ensuring all client expectations for events are met.
- Attend client meetings or event planning sessions when necessary to provide support and address client questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, event management, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple clients & tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Pro-efficient in Canva, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel & Word
- Previous experience in Similar services, event planning, or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Social Media Knowledge is a plus too
