Cybersecurity Lead RoleSecure our organization's IT infrastructure as a Cybersecurity Lead, driving improvements in cybersecurity posture.Collaborate with technology stakeholders to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks through technical risk assessments and mitigation measures.Support TRM compliance and ISO 27001 programs by monitoring security alerts, investigating incidents, and maintaining certification requirements.Responsibilities:Design and implement technical solutions to mitigate cybersecurity risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Evaluate the IT security aspects of critical software, tools, systems, and infrastructure used by our organization, focusing on cryptocurrency-related risks.Work closely with the project management office to maintain and improve MAS Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification standards.Monitor security systems, investigate alerts, and respond appropriately while keeping senior management informed about security incidents.Develop and conduct IT security training programs for employees to enhance their security awareness and skills.Qualifications and Skills:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or fintechs, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.Demonstrate a good appreciation of enhanced risks associated with cryptocurrency and effective mitigation strategies.Possess strong knowledge of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS standards, and CISM/CISSP certification requirements.Exhibit technical expertise with security tools and DevSecOps knowledge, including secure coding practices and vulnerability management.Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with senior stakeholders and regulators.Be comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and priorities.
