This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative design concepts and models that meet client requirements.Key responsibilities will include designing new mechanical concepts, leading the concept design phase, and converting ideas into detailed 3D models using CAD tools.The successful candidate will conduct feasibility studies including stress analysis and material selection, collaborate with teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready, and generate engineering drawings and documentation required for manufacturing.Additionally, the Mechanical Design Engineer will perform design reviews and implement corrective improvements, stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices, and provide engineering support during prototype development and testing.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.Required Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with strong exposure to concept design.Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or equivalent tools is essential.A strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes is necessary.Hands-on experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis), simulation tools, and validation methods is also required.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions are crucial.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work are expected.Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
