Technical Team Lead

Job TitleThis is a leadership role that oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire Network Operations Center (NOC) function. The Team Lead will ensure consistent monitoring, alert handling, and operational routine execution.The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading or managing technical teams in a NOC, Operations, or Monitoring environment. A strong background in troubleshooting across network, system, and cloud environments is also required.The Team Lead will be responsible for driving professional development through training, coaching, and ongoing feedback. They will also conduct periodic 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and goal-setting to ensure team members are meeting their objectives.Key Responsibilities:Own the day-to-day operations of the entire NOC functionEnsure all teams consistently follow predefined procedures, escalation paths, and runbooksValidate and improve health checks, monitoring dashboards, and operational KPIsServe as the primary incident coordinator for major incidentsLead post-incident reviews, ensuring documentation, root cause analysis, and follow-up action items are completedMonitor team performance, SLAs, and KPIs; ensure targets are met or exceededIdentify recurring issues, monitoring gaps, or operational inefficiencies and drive improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and monitoring coverageProvide clear and consistent communication to management regarding incidents, trends, risks, and operational statusDeliver daily/weekly operational reports, including incident summaries and team performance insights
