We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Team Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to guide our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing scalable applications, managing development cycles, and mentoring team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Analyze business requirements, participate in technical design discussions, and define architectural guidelines.Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce coding standards.Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timeline tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Identify risks, optimize development processes, and propose improvements.Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution performance and scalability.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (.NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred).Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework/Core, LINQ.Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design.Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React is a plus).Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and architecture patterns.Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services (preferred).Experience in version control systems like Git.Prior experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
