Senior Dynamics ProfessionalWe seek a seasoned Dynamics Consultant with extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP and experience with other Dynamics modules.Lead the implementation, customization, and support of Dynamics solutions.Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and UI technologies.Support various Dynamics modules, including Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.Work with tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP.Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products.Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
