Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in delivering technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.This includes supporting and maintaining Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, JavaScripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.The ideal candidate will have experience with system upgrades, wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.About Your Responsibilities:Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Manage and coordinate system upgrades, wave updates, and patch deployments.Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or Change Requests.What We Offer:An opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.About You:Proven experience in technical consulting roles.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
