Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to undertake key responsibilities in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics solutions through the project life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live and on-going support.The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA), experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise.The role involves all aspects of delivering successful Dynamics projects, including supporting the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet Group, supporting business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities, understanding the functional capabilities and limitations of out of the box functionality, identifying customer requirements and matching them with D365 F&O capabilities, identifying creative workarounds to meet requirements without customisations, analysing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and keeping up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommending appropriate new functionality when it becomes available.Responsibilities also include designing, developing and deploying functional and customisation design documents, assisting with configuration and data migration, and troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions.Deliver high-quality Dynamics solutions that meet customer requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.Continuously improve business processes and procedures.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a significant impact on the success of our organisation.
