Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet high-quality standards while optimizing costs.Implement and review the Food Safety and Quality Management System to ensure seamless integration with company operations.Comply with regulatory requirements from Nepal DFTQC, Food & Drug administration, and Local government bodies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.Ensure that products conform to company specifications throughout the supply chain, guaranteeing consumer satisfaction.Manage quality goals and objectives by overseeing practices, activities, and resources.Responsibilities:Adhere to industry guidelines and requirements in manufacturing processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.Conduct regular tests on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, water treatment plant (WTP), syrup preparation, and finished product to ensure quality control.Establish two-way traceability forward until consumers and backward until raw materials to facilitate efficient recall processes.Implement the availability of standard chemical reagents, verify their concentration, and calibrate equipment to maintain accuracy.Verify storage conditions for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary materials, and final products to prevent contamination and spoilage.
