Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various healthcare roles.You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop effective strategies to attract and engage the best candidates. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality placements that meet our clients' requirements and exceed their expectations.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for travel, local contract, allied health, physician, and direct hire roles.Building and maintaining strong relationships with job boards, referrals, social media, and ATS/CRM platforms to drive candidate pipelines.Conducting thorough interviews to evaluate licensure, clinical qualifications, and fit for role and location preferences.Managing the entire hiring cycle, including submissions, client interviews, feedback, and negotiations.Ensuring compliance with facility-specific credentialing, licensing, and state requirements.Tracking all candidate communications and updates in our ATS system.Partnering with our Account Managers and Credentialing Teams to ensure seamless onboarding.Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to successful placement.Requirements:A minimum of 6 months to 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience (travel, local contract, or direct hire preferred).In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, including nurses, therapists, physicians, and allied professionals.Familiarity with credentialing workflows and healthcare compliance standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and candidate-centricity.The ability to handle high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-up skills.A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but proven recruitment skills and healthcare knowledge are highly valued.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled recruiter to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and candidates.
