Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client needs and prepare clear execution briefs.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and other teams for smooth execution.
- Work with vendors and partners to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
- Oversee onsite event execution and provide leadership during live events.
- Monitor budgets, logistics, and vendor performance for cost-effective delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during planning or execution.
- Track campaign and event performance and share reports with clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest fresh ideas for projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and closure of each project.
- Follow the production calendar and manage project milestones on time.
- Implement standard processes and best practices for project excellence.
