Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary ECM technical expert for client engagements, offering solutions and strategies tailored to their needs.
• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of ECM solutions, with a focus on Documentum, for diverse client environments.
• Assess existing ECM frameworks and recommend improvements or migrations to enhance performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless delivery of ECM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on integration with other systems and applications within clients’ enterprise ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain documentation on best practices, architectural frameworks, and implementation processes.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams on ECM practices and systems.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience with Documentum, including architecture, configuration, and deployment.Experience with other ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, Alfresco, IBM FileNet) is preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Documentum-based solutions. Deep knowledge of Documentum components (Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop) and integration methods. Understanding of ECM-related protocols, such as CMIS, SOAP, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Solution Architecture: Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture, including system design, data modeling, content lifecycle management, and workflow automation.
• Client Engagement: Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) as they relate to content management and data security.
• Interoperability: Experience with ECM integrations, migrations, and interoperability with other enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
