Business Development Manager Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Territory Executive to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories, managing distributors and channel partners, and identifying new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Achieve area sales targets and ensure effective coverage of assigned territories.Manage and support distributors, dealers, and channel partners to drive sales growth.Identify new business opportunities and assist in market development and product promotion.Work closely with technical and marketing teams to conduct product trials and customer presentations.Track and report competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit discipline.Regularly visit customers and partners to build strong business relationships.Participate in regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and business updates to the Regional Manager or Territory Manager.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Science, or Business; MBA preferred.2-3 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or business development within the food ingredients, food solutions, or FMCG sectors.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with channel partners and customers.Good understanding of B2B distribution models and regional market dynamics.Should be a good team player.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned areas and regions in India.
