Senior Operations Director

Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Operations Director to join our team. As the Head of Delivery (Insurance Operations), you will be responsible for leading our offshore operational resources in Chennai and Lucknow, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.Manage and optimize service delivery processes both onshore and offshore.Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.Work closely with IT teams to deliver innovative solutions and improve digital processes for our clients.Support new sales opportunities and develop refined service offerings for existing and new clients.Requirements:At least 15 years of operational management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.Proven track record of delivering end-to-end process improvements and transformations, including offshoring complex processes.First-hand experience with RPA and driving Lean change is highly desirable.Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a matrix structure, and excellent communication and influencing skills are essential.Personal flexibility, willingness to travel at short notice, and credibility as an Approved Person (FCA) are required.Benefits:This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a large team of up to 300 people and drive business growth while improving customer satisfaction.Others:Reporting to the COO, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on our business.
