The Director of Technology Enabled Services is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality technology enabled outsourcing solutions to clients ensuring operational excellence client satisfaction and business growth This role requires a strategic leader with strong industry knowledge client management skills and a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and implement a strategic vision for TES services that aligns with the organization s goals and objectives Identify market trends client needs and competitive dynamics to drive service innovation and differentiation Collaborate with senior leadership to define the roadmap for TES services and ensure alignment with business priorities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business objectives and requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing expert advice and guidance on outsourcing solutions Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships upsell services and drive revenue growth Service Delivery and Operations Oversee the delivery of TES services currently Healthcare to ensure they meet quality standards service level agreements SLAs and client expectations Monitor operational performance metrics and key performance indicators KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes streamline workflows and enhance service delivery efficiency Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor a team of TES professionals fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous learning Provide guidance and support to team members helping them develop their skills and advance their careers Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment that values teamwork integrity and accountability Business Development and Growth Identify opportunities to expand TES services into new markets industries and client segments Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions proposals and presentations Required Skills and Qualification Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related field Master s degree preferred 15 years of experience in BPO TES or outsourcing leadership roles with a proven track record of driving business results 10 years of experience is US Healthcare Claims processing etc Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies Excellent client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization Demonstrated leadership ability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams
