Cloud Engineer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer with deep, hands-on experience in cloud-native engineering, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, IaC, and Azure Cloud.Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments to ensure scalability and reliability.Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD / Flux to streamline the development process.Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to automate testing and deployment.Implement service mesh solutions such as Istio for traffic management and observability to improve application performance.Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or equivalent tools to enhance reproducibility and efficiency.Script deployment pipelines and automation workflows (YAML, Bash, Python) to automate routine tasks.Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.Work with monitoring tools such as Datadog for dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation to proactively identify issues.Support DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning (Snyk preferred), to ensure security and compliance.Troubleshoot platform issues across Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD, and infrastructure to minimize downtime.Required Skills:8+ years of hands-on Cloud/DevOps engineering experience with expertise in cloud-native technologies.Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (control plane & workloads) and CI/CD pipelines: GitHub, Azure DevOps.IaC: Terraform (mandatory) with experience in GitOps (Argo/Flux).Azure Cloud expertise (core services, networking, compute, security) with scripting skills in Bash, Python, YAML pipeline authoring.Excellent English communication — verbal & written.Nice to Have:Datadog experience with Snyk / DevSecOps exposure.Cargo/Argo Workflows knowledge with ability to read application code for standard DevOps tasks.
