The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, source top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience that supports our company’s vision and rapid growth.📝 Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Scheduling with the managers.Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, referrals, and campus drives.Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.Conduct detailed HR interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.Negotiate offers and coordinating with HR operation team for smooth onboarding for selected candidates.Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and provide weekly/monthly hiring updates.Stay informed about hiring trends in the coworking, real estate, and facility management sectors.🧩 Required Skills:Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.Excellent sourcing and screening techniques.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.🎓 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in real estate, coworking, or facility management domains.Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical positions is a plus.🌟 Why Join Incubex:Be part of a fast-growing organization shaping the future of commercial workspaces.
