Role SummaryWe are seeking a talented Sustainability Consultant to support our efforts in implementing sustainable practices and ensuring compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure the SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) to support ESG reporting frameworks, including CSRD and EU Taxonomy.Design and maintain data models and corporate KPI dashboards that align with sustainability goals.Perform gap analysis between business processes and SCT capabilities to ensure seamless integration.Validate and test S/4HANA to SCT interfaces to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.Support ESG disclosure and audit processes using SCT's analytics capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize sustainability data flows with enterprise reporting.Required Skills and Qualifications4-5 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 2 years in Sustainability Control Tower (SCT).Strong understanding of CSRD and EU Taxonomy frameworks.Hands-on experience with ESG KPI configuration and data ingestion.Knowledge of S/4HANA integration, ESG data validation, and reporting workflows.Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred Skills and QualificationsExperience in ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).Familiarity with SAP PaPM or Analytics Cloud for sustainability reporting.Experience in sustainability audits or non-financial reporting systems.
