TCS is hiring for CoE (Center of Excellence) roleLocation: MumbaiExperience: 7 to 9 yearsJob Description:KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Representing the project as a FF/Logistic expert• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.• Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance driven• People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills• Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean Logistics / Freight forwarder team.• Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency.• Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timelineREQUIRED COMPETENCIES • Graduation in any field• Preferred Degree in Commerce, International trade, Logistics• Excellent communication skills • Experience in back office setups will be added advantage• Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes Sea/Road/Rail and Air• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain. Should have been a Manager for at least 3 years.• Enable to set up new business processes / procedures for Logistics / Freight forwarders companies• Experience in project planning, design implementation, monitoring hand in hand out between stakeholders• Experience in Operations Process.
