Role Description :

As a FICO Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of Financial Crime Systems related applications/projects. You will be directly working with client and help them to achieve implementing business objectives as per their roadmap in Financial Crime and Risk and Compliance programs/portfolios. You will be guiding team (Infosys and client team) with your consultancy proficiency in AML, FICO Falcon 6.x & 7.x, FICO Enterprise Fraud Solution, SQL, Unix, Automation, AI &ML areas. You will also play an important role in development of new relationship.

Responsibilities

• Understanding requirements from the Product Owners (PO)/Business related to changes, enhancements, or new development of functionalities in FICO Falcon 6.x & 7.x, FICO Enterprise Fraud Solution.
• Coordinate with Offshore/onshore teams to pass on the understanding of the requirements and bridge the gaps in the understanding in case there is any.
• Provide input in Pre PI, PI planning, Sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies
• Create or provide input to the High-Level Design documents
• Provide estimates related to changes, enhancements or new development of functionalities in FICO Falcon 6.x & 7.x, FICO Enterprise Fraud Solution.
• Participate in Lodgment/Implementation activities
• Help clients in the installation, integration, support, maintenance, and upgrade of FICO Falcon versions 6.x and/or 7.x, as well as FICO Enterprise Fraud Solution and related FICO products.
• Actively involved in developing proposals, Points of View (POVs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) related to FICO Falcon versions 6.x and 7.x, as well as FICO Enterprise Fraud Solution

Education Required:

• Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology with minimum 5 year of experience in FICO Falcon 6.x or 7.x, its different components/modules like Falcon Expert, Falcon case manager etc., its installation, integration, support, maintenance, upgrade and awareness of Fico Enterprise solution, Sanctions alert and case management.
• Sound knowledge SQL, Unix , ways to automate and awareness of AI& ML.
• Good functional and technical knowledge of FICO Falcon 6.x or 7.x and FICO Enterprise Fraud Solution.
• Hands-on experience in preparing proposals, Points of View (POVs), RFPs, and RFIs for FICO Falcon versions 6.x and/or 7.x, as well as FICO Enterprise Fraud Solution.
