Since 1996, we have been designing, building and managing some of the best homes in the world. We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Business - Architectural Design
Location - Bangalore, Whitefield
Role Purpose
Lead the Architectural design documentation [including Statutory Approvals, Marketing collaterals,
Construction Documents & any other design related requirement] for commercial, mixed-use and
residential projects, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for design delivery. Ensure accurate & timely coordinated design documents & innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions in alignment with client needs and project goals.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage design documentation using BIM software [Autodesk Revit & related applications].
2. Coordinate information flow with engineering and project teams to ensure quality, timeline, and
budget adherence.
3. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver successful projects.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Develop design delivery processes & standards for fast track delivery.
6. Mentor junior architects and design staff.
7. Project Delivery: Achieve project milestones on time and within budget [Ensure design related
project costs are monitored & controlled].
8. Design Quality: Maintain high standards of design accuracy and innovation. Ensure adherence to
Standard Details, Documentation Standards and BIM standards based on defined Design Phase
deliverables/packages.
9. Client Satisfaction: Achieve high customer [internal/external] satisfaction ratings through
effective communication and delivery.
10. Team Performance: Enhance team productivity and professional growth.
11. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet relevant codes and standards
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch I M. Arch.) from a recognized University.
- 5 -10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in BIM Revit
- Is proficient with a multitude of design and presentation softwares apart from BIM and CAD: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Procreate, Rhino, Morpholio Trace etc.
