NEET Category ManagerThis role involves building the NEET category from scratch with full ownership, requiring a deep understanding of the NEET ecosystem.Category Ownership & Strategy:Lead and build the vertical end-to-end (content, teachers, operations, product strategy) in the NEET domain.Plan academic calendar, learning journeys, and course structure for the NEET subject.Develop pricing, packaging, and scaling strategy for batches of students preparing for the NEET exam.Teacher & Academic Management:Identify, hire, and coordinate with faculty members specialising in Physics, Chemistry, Biology to teach students preparing for the NEET exam.Manage Subject Matter Experts for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules related to the NEET syllabus.Maintain high standards of academic quality that stand out in the NEET ecosystem.Content & Product Development:Oversee creation of lectures, study materials, mock tests, practice questions, and crash courses for students preparing for the NEET exam.Coordinate with design, video, and technology teams to deliver a seamless learning experience for students preparing for the NEET exam.Innovate formats that improve efficiency—micro-revisions, short theory capsules, hybrid content, etc. for students preparing for the NEET exam.Operations & Execution:Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning for students preparing for the NEET exam.Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, operations, technology, and student support teams for students preparing for the NEET exam.Track academic progress, student feedback, and ensure timely execution of plans for students preparing for the NEET exam.Marketing & Growth Collaboration:Work with the marketing team on launch campaigns and brand positioning for the NEET category.Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies for the NEET category.Analyse student behaviour to improve conversion and retention rates for the NEET category.
