You will drive projects end-to-end with a focus on quick delivery, team leadership, and vendor/stakeholder management.The ideal candidate will be a tenured professional capable of delivering in two essential areas: Operational Excellence & Bug Resolution, and Cost Management & Strategic Vendor Relations.Operational Excellence & Bug Resolution:Ticket Ownership: Oversee bug triage and resolution across multiple product modules.Driver & Follow-up: Proactively push for assigned tickets to be worked on and closed.Goal Achievement: Directly own and ensure weekly goals are met for keeping ticket volume under control.Support Coordination: Work closely with India-based support team and support leadership.Reporting: Ensure timely updates in Jira and generate status reports.Cost Management & Strategic Vendor Relations:Financial Stewardship: Help manage operating costs and provide financial reporting.Vendor Management & Negotiation: Manage vendors and negotiate pricing to keep costs in line.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze cost trends, provide clear daily cost updates, and tell the data story to leadership.Problem Identification: Investigate and pinpoint issues causing cost fluctuations.Qualifications:MBA from top-tier institutes like IIMs or top B-schools.Extensive experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills with executive-level presence.Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.Experience with stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and reporting.Strong project management skills and ability to provide concise status updates.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and willingness to quickly learn new areas.
