We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist.This role involves identifying, evaluating and onboarding vendors for various services including printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering and field operations.The successful candidate will negotiate contracts, terms and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.A key responsibility will be monitoring vendor performance and maintaining long-term relationships.The procurement specialist will also manage procurement for all program-related needs including printing of informational materials, training kits and supplies.Additionally, they will coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops and district/block level training.This includes arranging venues, accommodation, meals, transport and other necessary arrangements.The ideal candidate will ensure transparent documentation—purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders and invoices.Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures and ensuring they are followed and updated as per organisational guidelines is another important task.Other responsibilities include coordinating procurement and logistics for events, managing procurement budgets and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a motivated and experienced procurement professional looking for a new challenge, please apply today.
