Job Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished technical professional to join our team as a Solution Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in solution deployment, product demonstration, and customer management.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy solutions to new customers, ensuring seamless implementation and serving as the primary point of contact for any deployment-related inquiries or issues.Provide product demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition of Eventus Security's offerings to potential customers.Collaborate with sales engineers to provide technical assistance and support during prospect visits and customer onboarding.Manage the technical needs of existing strategic customers, resolving any escalations efficiently and effectively.Develop and maintain technical collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and blogs, to showcase Eventus Security's capabilities and expertise.Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues, utilizing expertise to identify and resolve technical problems promptly.Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related inquiries and technical issues, providing timely and effective resolution.Conduct periodic training sessions with strategic customers to enhance their understanding of the solution and its benefits.Maintain proficiency in technical skills and apply them to identify specific use cases or technical solutions for target accounts.Serve as a voice of the customer, feeding back feature and enhancement requirements to the product team to inform product development.Work closely with the managed security team to ensure prompt delivery of customer requirements.Provide technical support to sales engineers as needed, contributing to the success of the presales team.Work independently and collaboratively as a vital member of the presales team, driving results-oriented outcomes.Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need:At least 5 years of experience in solution deployment, product demonstration, and customer management.Expertise in identifying and resolving technical issues related to solution deployment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to analyze complex issues.Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and blogs.Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide value-added services to customers.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in solution deployment and customer management.Why Join Our Team?
