Job Title: Technical Support EngineerThis role involves providing technical support to enterprise customers who have adopted our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot issues related to current configurations and resolve technical problems efficiently.As a Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as a primary escalation point for customer-reported technical issues. You will investigate and debug issues involving platform functionality, integrations (ERP, SSO, APIs), data discrepancies, and user configuration.You will use tools like SQL, Postman, and log monitoring systems to perform in-depth root cause analysis.
