About Our Athlete Outreach & Community Activation RoleNext Lap is building a digital ecosystem for endurance sports enthusiasts. We're a fast-moving startup using technology to help recreational athletes track, share, and celebrate their journeys.This role involves discovering everyday athletes, sports creators, clubs, and local communities online - and welcoming them into our platform. You'll start conversations, organize interviews, collect stories, and help bring their voices into our features, challenges, and collaborations.We're looking for someone who can build genuine relationships across the sports world and gain hands-on experience that actually gets published and noticed.Main Responsibilities:Engage with athletes, clubs, and sports groups onlineReach out to athletes on platforms like Instagram and coordinate interviews or follow-upsCollect photos, stories, and permissions in an organized wayManage multiple outreach threads independently and keep conversations warm without needing remindersKey Skills: People and Communication skillsSports passion and interest in endurance sports, active lifestyles, or fitness communitiesDigital coordination and organizationAdaptability and self-starter mentalityInternship DetailsDuration: 12 weeksLocation: RemoteCommitment: 30-35 hours per week (student-friendly flexibility)Stipend: ₹3,000/month
