Job Description

The swimming coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering swimming training programs for students across all levels. The role involves teaching techniques, safety practices, and performance skills, while fostering discipline, confidence, and teamwork among learners.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate swimming lessons and training sessions.
• Teach water safety, stroke techniques, and endurance development.
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide individual feedback.
• Maintain safety and discipline during swimming sessions.
• Prepare students for inter-school and district-level competitions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of pool hygiene and safety equipment.
• Collaborate with the Physical Education department to plan sports events.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field.
• Certification in swimming coaching or lifeguard training.
• Previous experience as a swim coach or instructor preferred.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
