Job Title: Oracle CX Incentive Compensation SpecialistThis role involves leading and supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of commission and settlement processes for vendors and dealers.The key objective is to leverage Oracle CX tools to automate and streamline incentive programs, ensuring accurate and timely payouts, compliance, and performance tracking.Design, implement, and optimize commission and settlement processesLeverage Oracle CX tools to automate and streamline incentive programsKey Responsibilities:Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations, enhancements, and support activitiesGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, focusing on compensation models, taxation, and payment plansConfigure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components, including custom objects, rules, and pay groupsDevelop and maintain comp plans, performance measures, settlement rules, crediting logic, and payout structures aligned with business goalsMonitor and troubleshoot commission calculations, ensuring data accuracy and timely resolution of discrepanciesGenerate OOTB and Custom reports and dashboards for performance analysis and audit complianceDevelop and manage custom roles, ensuring secure access and complianceCollaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflowsCreate documentation, test cases, and conduct user trainingProvide production support and resolve incentive/commission calculation issues in a timely mannerRequired Skills and Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of Oracle CX Incentive Compensation moduleExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Oracle CX tools and technologiesBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOngoing professional development opportunitiesA dynamic and supportive work environmentOthers:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industryOpportunity to develop and enhance skills in Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module
