Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for Finesse Ink and our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and delivering measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development:
• Create and implement robust SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth for Finesse Ink and clients.
• Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and content audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
2. On-Page Optimization:
• Optimize website content, metadata, headers, and internal linking structure.
• Ensure all pages follow SEO best practices and are optimized for target keywords.
3. Off-Page Optimization:
• Develop and execute backlink-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to secure quality backlinks and partnerships.
4. Technical SEO:
• Conduct technical audits to identify and fix issues affecting website performance (e.g., crawl errors, page speed).
• Ensure proper implementation of structured data, schema markup, and XML sitemaps.
5. Performance Analysis:
• Monitor, track, and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
• Continuously analyze data to improve strategy and ROI.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide recommendations for content creation based on keyword research and trends.
7. SEO Trends:
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tools.
• Educate internal teams on SEO best practices and insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with paid search campaigns (PPC) and social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and React is a plus.
