About the Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Bill of Quantities
  • throughout the design process including concept, schematic, detail, Tender and Issue for Construction
  • using various international formats (POMI, CESMM, NRM1, NRM2, SMM7, etc.)
  • for various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, hospitality, office buildings and similar facilities, airport facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects
  • Measuring all items related to architectural, facade and interior fit out works using AutoCAD drawings as well as BIM/ revit model
  • Compiling technical documents to produce and issue for Tender
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, project teams and other stake holders located at Pune as well as other design offices to produce Bill of Quantities at stipulated time


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering.
  • Proven 10+ Years of experience as Estimation/ Billing engineer for Senior QS Engineer
  • Proven 8+ Years of experience as Estimation/ Billing engineer for QS Engineer
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Good working knowledge of extracting material takeoff from BIM/ revit
  • Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
