With some of the most reputed industrialists & celebrities as clients - this company is rapidly growing & looking for a competent Marketing Manager who will help brand them well to their luxury industry target audiences.


Designation: Marketing Manager

Office Location: Kanjurmarg (East), Mumbai (near Powai)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (6 day work week)

Experience Required: Min 8 years of relevant INTEGRATED MARKETING (Online+Offline) experience, preferably in luxury lifestyle products. (Some startup experience is a plus)

Role Summary:

Our client company is looking to hire a high-impact Marketing Manager for our client’s luxury construction materials company, who excels in developing and executing comprehensive marketing & communications strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience, preferably in luxury retail / wholesale industries - demonstrating exceptional strategic brand marketing thinking, digital marketing proficiency as well as offline marketing expertise (brand collabs / events / trade shows / OOH marketing, etc). They will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing, brand management, event planning, public relations, and customer relationship management (CRM), ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high ROI. And will be responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives, working closely with creative agencies, and representing the brand to the architecture and designer community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Collaboration: Create strong briefs based on business objectives and collaborate closely with creative agencies, providing specific feedback for content, creatives, and artworks.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan the media mix and marketing strategies to achieve campaign goals through data analysis.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the brand to leading media houses such as Vogue, AD, Elle, and HELLO for marketing collaborations and press releases.
  • Strategic Marketing Collaborations: Ideate and execute brand collaborations with other luxury brands and influential personalities.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage social media presence, website SEO, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute high-impact events that align with brand values and drive engagement.


Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven expertise in Creative Marketing Strategies and Campaign Management
  • Experience in Representing Luxury Brands to media and influential partners
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing , SEO , and Social Media
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to manage complex brand collaborations and strategic partnerships
