Coimbatore Site Lead

We’re hiring a dynamic and experienced Site Leader to head our Coimbatore operations. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, execution, and collaboration, ideally with experience in fintech or financial services. You’ll be the senior-most representative on-site, responsible for team growth, operational excellence, and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Coimbatore site.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across data analytics, support, and operations.Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of local talent.Build a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and excellence.Collaborate closely with leadership across product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment.Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions.Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking.Requirements10+ years of people and team management experience.Prior experience leading a team of 25+ people.Strong background in financial services, fintech, or related operational roles.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.Must be based full-time in Coimbatore, with occasional travel to other Arcana locations.Nice to HaveExperience working with or managing distributed/global teams.Comfort navigating the fast pace and ambiguity of startup environments.Fluency in English and Tamil
