Senior Data Integration Specialist Job DescriptionThe Senior Data Integration Specialist will play a key role in integrating customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform. This position involves mapping and transforming customer data using strong technical skills, ensuring efficient and accurate conversion.Using advanced technical migration, scripting, and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate data conversions.Performing extract, transform, load (ETL) activities to meet business objectives and ensure seamless integration.Providing in-depth research and analysis of complex scenarios to develop innovative solutions for meeting customer needs within project governance.Mapping and maintaining business requirements to the solution design using tools like requirements traceability matrices.Presenting findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups.Identifying and documenting data gaps to allow change impact and downstream impact analysis.Qualifications and Skills:A minimum of 6 years of experience in assessing data and analytic requirements for establishing mapping rules from source to target systems.Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.Working knowledge of ETL methodologies and tools like Informatica, DataStage, Abinitio, Dell Boomi.Utilizing data mapping tools to prepare data for loads based on target system specifications.Strong SQL scripting experience and PL/SQL knowledge.Effective communication with clients and/or Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversions.Driving improvements in the data migration process.Collaborating via phone and email with clients and/or Project Managers throughout the conversion process.Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and others.Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ensuring client data is converted accurately and within deadlines established by Project Managers.Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go live support.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.How to Apply:Submit your resume and cover letter through our online portal.Include any relevant certifications or qualifications.
