About us:We are a global organization that specializes in delivering innovative business and IT solutions.Our primary goal is to equip companies with the necessary tools to accomplish their mission-critical objectives and futureproof their operations.We collaborate with organizations across various industries to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.We have a team of skilled professionals spread across multiple countries, working together to deliver exceptional results.We are committed to ongoing learning and development, ensuring our team members stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.As a Data Migration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading data migration activities for SAP implementations.Your expertise in SAP BODS and SAP Data Migration Cockpit will enable you to design, develop, and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data migration projects.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high performance.You will also be responsible for preparing technical documentation, migration strategy, and cutover plans.In this role, you will have the opportunity to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge, staying updated with the latest SAP technologies, cloud platforms, and trends.This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that you can provide the most innovative and effective solutions to our clients.We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS Data Migration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and SAP Data Migration Cockpit.The ideal candidate will have at least 8-12 years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects.The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures.Prior experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting is also highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SAP BODS for large-scale data migration projectsPerform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple legacy systems to SAP ECC or S/4HANAConfigure and manage SAP Data Migration Cockpit for end-to-end migration activitiesConduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity and complianceCollaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and map data accordinglyTroubleshoot and resolve migration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high performancePrepare technical documentation, migration strategy, and cutover plansSupport mock runs, reconciliation, and audit of migrated dataRequirements:At least 8-12 years of experience in SAP Data Migration projectsStrong hands-on experience in SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services)Expertise in SAP Data Migration Cockpit and related toolsSolid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structuresProficiency in SQL, data modelling, and performance tuningExperience in data validation, reconciliation, and reportingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsKnowledge of LSMW, IDocs, and BAPIsBachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
