Design Creation:

Develop creative and innovative jewelry designs, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and values.

Translate concepts and ideas into hand-drawn sketches and/or CAD designs.


Trend Analysis:

Research current market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to incorporate into unique designs.

Stay updated on emerging techniques, materials, and styles within the jewelry industry.


Quality Assurance:

Ensure all designs meet the brand’s high standards for quality, durability, and aesthetics.

Oversee prototype development and make necessary adjustments before final production.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conceptualize and create designs for rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other jewelry items.
  • Use design tools such as CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, or similar) and manual sketching for design creation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop collections that appeal to target demographics.
  • Provide creative input during product launches and photoshoots.
  • Maintain an organized portfolio of designs and collections for future reference.


Education:

A degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or related field.


Skills:

  • Strong artistic and creative abilities with a focus on innovation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software like Rhino, Matrix, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry production techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Additional Attributes:

  • Attention to detail and precision in designs.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.


Remunerations: ₹1.8 - 4.6 LPA
