Time and Absence SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Time and Absence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Oracle Time and Absence modules, including Time Cards, Absence Types, Time Entry Rules, Approval Hierarchies, and Work Schedules.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of time and labor laws, compliance, and HR policies related to attendance and leave management. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Responsibilities include acting as the primary Oracle HCM Time and Absence SME during implementations, upgrades, and support phases. The candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Time and Absence policies and processes.Additionally, the Time and Absence Specialist will design and implement time and attendance solutions aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements. They will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to integrate Oracle Time and Absence with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.The role also involves leading testing efforts, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to time and absence configuration and functionality is also a key responsibility.Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and HR teams is another critical aspect of this role.
