Job Title: Senior Support SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Support Specialist. This role is designed for proactive individuals with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality.Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and communications while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.Correspondence and Document Management: Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documents while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Travel Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and disruption-free experiences for the CEO.Meeting Scheduling: Schedule, organize, and coordinate various meetings, including daily briefings, management meetings, and board meetings, while preparing meeting agendas and circulating supporting materials in advance.Minute Taking: Attend meetings as required, take accurate and detailed minutes of meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.Event Planning: Support the organization and execution of corporate events and offsite meetings, acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and various internal/external stakeholders.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years of experience working closely with C-level executives or similar leadership positions.Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and ability to maintain confidentiality.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.What We Offer:A competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative work environment that values teamwork and innovation.
