Selected candidates will receive structured training and certification on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSoD) and then support client implementations, configurations, and ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Complete training and certifications on CSoD Core & LMS. Assist in configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation. Support client requirement gathering and solution design. Contribute to data migration, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting. Stay updated with product features and best practices. Desired Profile Education: MBA HR / BBA / B.Tech (CS/IT or related). Strong analytical skills; basic knowledge of SQL/programming preferred. Excellent communication; quick learner; interest in HR Tech. Able to work independently and in teams. What We Offer Full CSoD Core & LMS training + sponsored certifications.
