Tech/ BBA/ MBA-HR Freshers who aspire to build a career in enterprise learning technology. Selected candidates will undergo structured internal training on Cornerstone On Demand (CSo D) Core and Learning Management System (LMS) certification. After certification, they will actively participate in client implementations, configurations, and support projects.This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow into implementation consultants in the HR Tech domain.Key Responsibilities- Participate in a structured training program on CSo D Core & LMS modules.- Successfully complete internal certifications and external CSo D certifications.- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CSo D modules for clients.- Assist senior consultants in gathering client requirements and documenting solutions.- Contribute to solution design, data migration, reporting, and integration support.- Provide ongoing assistance in enhancements, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.- Continuously learn and keep up to date with CSo D product releases and best practices.Desired Candidate Profile- Education: B. Tech / B. E.
