Job Title: Senior ArchitectCompany: Salleel Deshpande Architect and ConsultantJob Summary:Salleel Deshpande Architect and Consultant is seeking an accomplished and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects and guide multidisciplinary design teams. The ideal candidate will oversee all stages of architectural development—from concept and design to detailing and execution—ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions. This role requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage diverse projects with precision.Key Responsibilities: Lead conceptual design, design development, and architectural detailing for various projecttypes. Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and external consultants to ensurecohesive and high-quality design outcomes. Prepare, review, and refine architectural drawings, presentations, technical documents, andconstruction details. Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and program development for new projects. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, local bylaws, andsustainability standards. Supervise material selection, finishes, and design specifications to maintain design integrity. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities for approvals andsmooth project execution. Provide leadership, mentorship, and quality guidance to junior architects and design teammembers. Perform regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent, resolve technical issues, andmaintain quality control. Use architectural software to develop visualizations, presentations, and detailed designoutputs.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree preferred.Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within an architectureconsultancy or design firm. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale architectural projects.Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and V-Ray. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building envelopes, spatial planning, andconstruction techniques. In-depth understanding of national building codes, local regulations, and sustainable designpractices. Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to create innovative, functional, and user-centereddesign solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work under deadlines. Occasional site visits and client meetings outside office hours.
