Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects in the Institutional, Residential, Real Estate, Industrial, and Data Center sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project design, ensuring compliance with building codes, and managing client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects from conception through completion, working closely with senior management and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Design Leadership: Lead the design process for large-scale projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts and updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local and national building codes, regulations, and standards, including sustainability certifications.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure precision and accuracy in architectural outputs, reducing errors and rework.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5-10 years of architectural experience in the Institutional, Residential, Real Estate, Industrial, or Data Center sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Certification: Licensed Architect in India, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
