Job Description:The Account Specialist is responsible for handling various financial transactions including salary interface, statutory reports, and general ledger reconciliations. They must ensure accurate recording of all transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.This position involves managing relocation invoices, statutory payments, and regular accounting with precision and timeliness.Process salary interface for fixed reimbursement and statutory payments such as PF, ESI, PT, and income tax.Prepare and upload statutory reports and payment advice before the due date each month.Coordinate with the G/A department for cheque release and clarification from the compliance partner.Maintain statutory schedules and challans, ensuring timely payments into SBI bank.Reconcile monthly salary-related accounts for each book and submit to G/A before due dates.Process full and final settlements for PAN India employees, coordinating with regional HR for clarifications.Authorize reimbursement bills and coordinate with employees and regional HR.Manage end-to-end relocation expenses payment process for new joiners and transfer employees.Handle intercompany and zero payment entries, as well as salary and rental advance processes across PAN India.
