About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Transaction Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in supporting business operations by executing transaction processing and ensuring timely responses to customer queries.ResponsibilitiesDiligently perform duties as a maker for assigned activities.Understand bank policies and procedures, adhering to operational needs.Closely work with overseas branches to process transactions according to accuracy and quality standards.Learn system functions and adhere to controls.Support overseas branches in resolving operational incidents and reporting.Provide suggestions to improve or streamline operational processes.Main ObjectivesTo develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.Support and resolve customer inquiries while providing excellent customer service.Work closely with Compliance to understand relevant operational guidelines, standard procedures, and local regulations.Collaborate with the wider operations team for information sharing and to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in managing remittances and payment products.Strong PC skills (MS Office).Familiarity with SWIFT message types and payment systems (GPP, CHAPS, SEPA, RTGS, etc.).Knowledge of account opening processes, static data maintenance, and customer data management.Exposure to clearing and payment processes (inward and outward). Understanding of various system applications used for clearing/deposit booking.Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.Attention to detail.
