Integrated Planning Manager – KSA Based

Job Overview:
The role is the integration point between the Commercial (Sales & Marketing), Supply Chain (Order Management, Warehousing, Procurement) & Manufacturing. This position is responsible for all business forecasting and demand planning activities associated with customers and products by creating/maintaining statistical rolling forecast at a product, family, market/channel and warehouse level.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to synchronize demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities. Actively seek and apply best practices in Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
- Monitor and ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery by tracking performance metrics, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Deliver the forecast accurately while meeting the revenue/profit target for the company and managing Slow Moving and Obsolete stocks.
- Supervise inventory planning, control procedures and systems to ensure all supplies are properly received and recorded according to the set parameters.
- Cleanse sales history of unusual behavior to create a baseline for sales, selection of appropriate forecasting algorithm to account for seasonality, trend and cyclical behavior, collecting and analyzing market/sales data to challenge the assumptions and trends and constant coordination with sales and supply chain.
- Oversee all Demand -Supply planning operations to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and timely delivery of products. Manage and implement automation tools for planning approval processes to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Ensure mainlining of Master Data accurate and updated.
- Run MPS, MRP and RCCP efficiently to accommodate customer demand within practical production capabilities and balances the often-conflicting objectives of employment stability, efficient manufacturing and appropriate inventory levels to achieve optimum costs and profit.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply and demand planning performance, supply plans adherence, forecasting accuracy, forecasting bias and OTIF metrics to senior management.
- The position manages a work unit of professional employees where monitoring and reviewing the work of subordinates is required as well as training, developing and mentoring. The position is responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Industrial, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Certifications: Supply Chain-related certifications preferred: CSCP, CPIM, Forecasting, or SCOR.
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems, advanced MS Excel, and data analytics.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
