Procurement StrategistWe are seeking a skilled procurement strategist to lead our vendor management, sourcing strategy, and cost-optimization initiatives.Job Description:The position involves overseeing all procurement activities across the organization, developing and executing strategic procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple categories of vendors including their evaluation, selection, performance monitoring, contract negotiations, and supplier agreements.Implement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.Oversee purchase orders, procurement documentation, and ensure ethical, transparent, and sustainable procurement practices.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and provide seamless procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive efficiency.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Good analytical skills to analyze data and manage budgets effectively.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
