Technical Support SpecialistAs a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Client Success team to provide top-notch support for software technical issues. You will collaborate with the Engineering department to identify and resolve these issues efficiently.Main Responsibilities:Offer expert technical assistance to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate effectively with the development team to gather feedback and inputs.Support the QA lead in QA activities.Quickly troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Precisely identify the root cause of customer problems through effective communication.Propose temporary workarounds to customers when a fix is not immediately available.Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback.FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED PROMPTLY.SUPPORT THE DEPLOYMENT OF NEW APPLICATIONS.OFFER SUPPORT THROUGH DOCUMENTATION AND PROTOCOL.MULTITASK AND HANDLE MULTIPLE CASES SIMULTANEOUSLY.EVALUATE AND TEST NEW SOFTWARE RELEASES.CONTINUALLY SEEK INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR STREAMLINED PROCESSES.This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
