Shift time - 5:30pm to 1:30am

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled SQL Database Expert to join our dynamic team at CDT Software and Support. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fetching and manipulating database fields from various sources, delivering tailored data solutions to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Extract and manipulate data from diverse database systems to support various business functions.

Develop and implement SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data effectively.

Create and maintain manifest files and patch updates for database queries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Generate detailed and customized reports using Crystal Reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across all platforms.

Document processes clearly, maintaining accurate records of data extraction and reporting activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a SQL Database Expert or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
